About Finn
Finn O’Callaghan-Doyle (they/he) is a queer writer and LGBTQ+ advocate from Lincolnshire, England. They are of Irish descent and hold a BA in Creative Writing. They specialise in poetry and short fiction, but are currently writing a novel. Their work is often on the gothic side, always queer, and draws heavily on subjects such as identity, body image and their Irish heritage.
About Dunriley
Much of Finn’s work is centred on the fictional town of Dunriley in County Waterford, Ireland. They have familial connections to Counties Waterford, Carlow and Wexford (particularly the towns of Tramore and New Ross) and it felt only natural for their work to find a home in the area.
Dunriley and nearby village Cliodhna’s Brook are modern, accepting communities with an expansive heritage featuring (the similarly fictional) Saint Bidelia.
